Not falling for it! Selena Gomez 'laughed at Justin Bieber's Instagram compliment where he called her a princess'

By Heidi Parker
Justin Bieber's attempt to win back ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez has fallen flat.
On Monday the 20-year-old singer posted to Instagram two photos of the Wizards Of Waverly Place actress in her stunning gold Oscar gown with the caption, 'Most elegant princess in the world.'
But instead of being flattered by the compliment, the 21-year-old star 'scoffed' at it, according to a Wednesday report from TMZ.

'Selena isn't falling for Justin's old tricks anymore,' a source told the site.
'She's exercising her rehab knowledge and slamming the door shut on any future relationship.' The insider added she 'laughed out loud when she saw it, saying it was stupid and childish.'
In January Gomez spent two weeks inside an Arizona rehabilitation center for exhaustion, according to her rep.

Inside the Vanity Fair Oscar party, the brunette beauty was seen having fun.
The Fly To Your Heart actress smiled as she took a selfie with friend Vanessa Hudgens.
Though it was reported by RadarOnline she was drinking heavily at the fete, the next day she looked composed as she headed to a dance studio.
On Wednesday the cover girl looked well rested as she headed into a music studio in LA in a black and white outfit.
That same day Bieber shared a photo of himself on Instagram with his hand on his head. He appeared to be on a boat and his hashtag was #fishing.

Justin's gushy note comes as a bit of a surprise after the couple reportedly had a bad falling out earlier this year.
They were last seen together in January riding Segways. The two had also posted an Instagram photo where they were in an embrace at about the same time.
Bieber did not attend the Oscars and it's believed he was in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday evening.
The star has been residing in that city for the past several weeks, and even spent his 20th birthday there on Saturday.

Justin has been hanging out with several scantily clad women since he ended it with Selena for good.
On the evening of his Miami arrest, he was spotted with model Chantel Jeffries.
The exotic looker was also seen exiting the artist's Miami rental, and days later she was seen with him on the beach in Panama.
The former You Tube sensation has been in the company of strippers as well. He was seen at a Texas strip club making it 'rain' on the dancers with $75,000 worth of one dollar bills.
In January Gomez - who looked happy next to Bill Murray outside the Oscar bash - had complained to the March issue of Seventeen magazine that she had an ugly split with the Beauty And A Beat singer.
'This year is when I really started feeling powerful,' the looker started.
'I had always been the underdog secretly. I was on Disney when it was Miley [Cyrus], the Jonas Brothers, and Demi [Lovato]. I questioned the way I looked, acted, sang, and wrote.'
She then let it drop that she had a nasty split with Justin - who was arrested for a DUI in Florida in February.

'Then I turned 20, went through a really bad breakup, and realized I needed to have Come & Get It be amazing. I wanted it all to be me.
'I'm glad it's taken me this long to get where I am because now I am ready for it.'
The Love You Like a Love Song crooner has been linked to singer Austin Mahone, but has said she's single.

She said she was looking for a man who can have her back.
'I actually talked to Katy Perry about guys who are intimidated by strong girls. I haven't found someone yet who could understand my lifestyle, support it, love me through it, and not be threatened by it,' Gomez said.
'It's hard. I do think I might scare some guys, because I'm like, "I want to change the world! I have dreams! What do you want to do?" But I only know how to be me.'

Judge orders police video showing Justin Bieber urinating in his Miami jail cell be released with blackout

Remaining police video clips of Justin Bieber after his January arrest will be made public with sensitive portions blacked out to protect the singer's privacy, a judge ruled Tuesday.
Judge William Altfield said two of the five unreleased video clips depict the singer's genitalia during a urine test for drugs at the Miami Beach Police Department.
Altfield agreed with lawyers for Bieber, who turned 20 on Saturday, that the video's airing would be an invasion of privacy that outweighed the public's right to know.

'Mr. Bieber's right to privacy is paramount,' the judge said. 'He has not lost his right to privacy, and that is what is important here.'
Attorneys for The Associated Press and other news outlets had previously suggested any sensitive portions be blacked out and the rest released under Florida's liberal open records laws.
Much of the footage was released last week, some of it showing Bieber walking unsteadily during a sobriety test.

Bieber has pleaded not guilty to charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.

He and R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff were arrested early on January 23 during what police called an illegal street drag race between a Lamborghini and a Ferrari.
Neither has been charged with drag racing.
Bieber attorney Roy Black said he was satisfied with the ruling, as did media attorneys.
AP attorney Deanna Shullman said the news organization would never show Bieber's private parts and Scott Ponce, representing The Miami Herald and CBS television stations, said the ruling was more about protecting the singer from random releases on the Internet.
'It's more about what someone in the private sector might do,' Ponce said.
Black said the three clips to be released without redaction are shot from an angle that is too far away to discern what is going on.
Prosecutors said they will release all five remaining clips in a few days, after the court-ordered redactions are completed.
Additionally, a video obtained by TMZ shows the Baby singer led by a guard while in jail to undergo his urine drug test.
Separately, the Miami Beach Police Department made public a new batch of 18 still photos taken shortly after Bieber's arrest, mainly close-ups of his many tattoos - a praying Jesus, a grinning joker's face accompanied by the word 'love,' an Indian chief's head, a Psalms quotation, and more - and one full-length picture of the singer.
Evidence released previously showed that a breath test found Bieber's blood-alcohol level below the .02 threshold considered intoxicated for underage drivers.
The urine test found the presence of the active ingredient in marijuana and the antianxiety drug Xanax. Bieber told officers he had been smoking marijuana before his arrest, according to police reports.
A trial date has not been set. Altfield set another status conference for next week in the case.
